1. Return & Refund Policy

1.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all original tags and accessories attached. Items damaged by improper use or wear are not eligible for return.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Clearance, discounted and promotional products
  • Customized and personalized goods
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Gift cards and digital products

1.3 Return Process

Please contact our customer support with your order number and return reason before sending back any items. We will provide you with the return address and instructions after approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

1.4 Return Shipping Fees

  • For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If items are defective, incorrect or damaged upon delivery due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. You may choose a full refund or a free replacement.

1.5 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider. We may issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in original condition.
