All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or peak seasons may be delayed slightly.

3.2 Delivery Time

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Standard international shipping takes 7–25 business days. Delivery time is estimated and may be affected by customs clearance, local logistics, weather and peak periods.

3.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, size and delivery destination. Free shipping may be available during promotional events, subject to campaign rules.

3.4 Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country. All related fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for customs delays, detention or extra charges caused by local import regulations.

3.5 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order ships. You can track your package online. We will provide a full refund or reshipment if the package is confirmed lost or stolen during transit.

3.6 Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery or customer refusal will not qualify for full refund. To resend the package, you need to pay additional shipping fees. Otherwise, we will refund the product value only, excluding original shipping costs.
